Well these methods are just like any other methods out there they will work for some but not for all . I have done this course few months ago in australia and since then i ve been trying to fix a shouder injury with no reuslts i tried the extruder , violet sphere , plasmoids and the others but the pain is still there..i wish i could get my money back...

This sounds alot like the works of the great man Bruno Groening ..... It does work, but i still seem to struggle to get there !!!
