Asking the question "What is my purpose" Implies that you have a master or that someone else or thing told you what to do. There is nothing really wrong with needing a master, but then it may be important to ask yourself, why do I need a master?

Is it crazy that I really do want to become a musician? I am 20 years old with no musical experience at all. But somehow I KNOW it's what I want. When you know you know and I do. But the other problem is where do I start?? It's a question just as difficult as finding what your purpose is. Life is maddening

@Metallicaguy91 Choose your instrument, teach yourself or find a teacher. Play every day. Bingo you are a musician ! How good you are depends on your effort and dedication to the instrument. Don't just fall in love with the glamour and hype, if you haven't a PASSION for the instrument (guitar, keyboards etc etc) forget it you're just in love with the idea of being a musician.

@TelecasterLPGTop trust me its not just with the idea of being a musician. I've always wanted to play. music is one of the few things I get enjoyment from. Problem is I don't have a job at the moment so just buying a guitar is out of the question for the time being.

gotta live through the heart chakra man =) very nice message. The time is coming where cultural restrictions will dissipate and we (as a global whole) will be more "free" to find what our purpose is in becoming one with everything and finding love within and outside of ourselves.

The more I listened the clearer your words got...ultimately the universe will bring me out into fruition if I get my mind out of the way and I just need to pick something and put my all into it until I've learned all I can about myself that I can from it until It's time to move on to further growth... my fear is that my lack of desire and hence motivation will cause me to wind up on the street as a homeless man...and therefor that is what I am creating for myself.
