I believe that the sprite of the woman in coma (the aunt) first possesses the mom's body (the woman in black) at the beginning of the cilp then switches to the daughter (the girl in white - then changes into green).

This is an interesting TV show in which some people speak Mandarin Chinese and some speak Taiwanese. The sprite speaks Taiwanese, hence, the daughter changes her language after being possessed.

P.S. The daughter has great legs .... :)
