The term "We" in the Bible and in the Quran is the royal "We" - as an example when the king says, "We decree the following declaration, etc." or, "We are not amused." It does not indicate plural; rather it displays the highest position in the language.

In English, there is technically a similar linguistic structure known as the "royal 'we'," but it is archaic. In practice, the term "we" is exclusively plural!

MashAllah true. Plus when Allah refers to Himself in Third person Allah use Huwa (singular pronoun for third person) and for second person Anta (singular pronoun second person). This also shows that they we is not a plural we but the we of Power and Stautus(funny sentence).
