ok, Im gonna comment dude. You should take one photo pr. day and then when youre all thin make a video of all images, so you can see how a body evolves on the way to a better more healthy weight.
Power on Pete! You're doing it at a good rate, trust me! I'm new btw (From Aus), with 30 fantastic kgs to go! I reached a high of 114kg in the middle of last year...it was so damn depressing. Now I'm 96kg. It's uinny you know, I never really feel that good about losing weight because I have such along way to go.
Hey Pete, I'm a new subscriber!!! I'm on my own weight loss journey.. In 14 weeks I have lost 47.2 pounds. I started at 247.8 pounds and now I'm at 200.6 pounds... So please keep up the good work. You are not on this journey alone...Give 100% get 100% Take Care.. Ward
Hey i just subscibed, rooting for you man im only 13 but im doing tebo (not sure how to spell that) and TRING to do p90x but thats chalanging. Good Luck and good job !!!!!! (=
Heya Pete, I found your vids through a link after watching a seagull steal a camera.... weird I know XD, just wanted to wish you good results in your endeavour, it's encouraging to see someone so obviously committed to bettering themselves, very inspirational, thumbs up :)
You can see the situps are making you hunch a bit. If you're going to do loads of ab work, don't forget to work your back muscles to balance it out. Simple one is the revers of sit ups: on front, feet hooked under something, hands behind head and lift, hold 2 seconds, down. Repeat until tired.
Keep it up bro, I currently just broke through my wall of 275 and now reside at 270. I have to say a large part of my motivation comes from watching you and seeing how hard you're trying.
Checked back to see how your doing. Remember muscle weights more than fat. Also try to measure inches, like around things like your arms, chest, legs .... It might also be a good incentive to see inches lost.
@mighteehealthy I mean if you are working out to build muscle, your weight may not go down. One cubic foot of muscle does weigh more than one cubic foot of fat. Therefor if you are trying to reduce your weight you need to work on cardio matabalisum increasing stuff. spelling does not count. Signing out. you are right 1 lb of anything is the same as 1lb of anything else. ex. 1 lb of lead = 1 lb of fethers
@MrDavid1137 yeah...that's what i meant when i said muscle is more compacted then fat. I weighed 255lbs in high school and blew up to 340lbs. I started eating eating right, working out with weights and doing cardio. I got back down to 252lbs. I look way better now then i did in HS because I put on lean muscle. So i basically weigh the same but more compact.
just subbed, good work man!

Muscle is more dense than fat. I think that is the point. So it displaces less water if you wanna get like that.

@MrDavid1137 muscle doesn't weigh more then fat. a pound of fat weighs as much as a pound muscle. get it? muscle is more compacted then fat.
