@Nari0able none of those bands are pop punk, they're more along the lines of power pop. pop punk is bands like the flatliners, screeching weasel, the lawrence arms, etc. not that it really matters, who cares what it is, as long as its good.

I don't understand why some people dislike this band for not writing ska songs anymore. Sure, the first album was awesome, but the stuff their writing now is...well...super awesome.

@NoDirection888 Look, I don't mind their new stuff at all. But, I can understand why people get on them for not writing ska songs. A lot of people, like me, fell in love with this band back in the day because of their ska sound. It was fast, raw and awesome. There were no other bands who sounded like these guys. Then the very next album, they just abandonded the sound altogether. They went in a totally more "generic" sounding pop punk direction. They do it very well, though.
