depends on what stickk you get. V2 pro is 250, V3 is 350, and v3 stealth is like 370. Small is for people up to like 5'5" medium is up to 5'11'' and larger is 5'10''+ They all hold up to 275 lbs.
Id say get a medium if you are under 6'3" or you'll have a harder time doing tricks. plus you get higher on a medium because more wieght on a smaller shaft means you can compress the air faster and with more force, so you get a higher bounce. I got a large though and I'm 6' 175lbs. It works fine and I can jump pretty high off of it, but when i stand on it the shaft comes up to almost my chest. When my shaft wears out on my v2 I'm gonna get a medium v3 shaft.

because i way about 170 and i got the largest one and it works fine now if i got a medium sized it wouldnt get me that high
