ur ginga sux,it is 2 high,and that is not cadeira,cadeira is suposed to be when ur legs build corner of 90,beetwen ur thigh and ur down part of leg,second, both hands needs to be up,not 1 down,coz attack can come from other side,ur ginga is bad

@1998232v6 If you take a strong kick in your face you can pass out, it wont break your skull or your neck, you just passout and have a nice bruise the next morning. If you take a strong hit on your ribs you can break them, if you take a frontal kick you can die (happen before). So thats why many prefer to protect their torso instead..

Every fighting style should be an art (hence the name Martial Art)... the reason they added the "Art" at the end of it is because Martial Arts are more than random brawling, you know exactly what your doing when you fight. Capoeira is also a Martial Art, along with every other fighting style.
