Pretty basic phone but I've been reading a LOT of negative reviews about Simple Mobile, especially regarding their customer service. My boyfriend has a SImple Mobile plan and switched to Straight Talk because he was always getting his calls dropped and the coverage was terrible. He's actually in love with his Straight Talk phone now, it's the new Nokia Smartphone and looks pretty cool actually. For 45 bucks a month for unlimited I'm definitely switching to Straight Talk soon.
@LindsayAlexa87 Funny you mention this, I've been an avid Straight Talk user for a while and in my opinion it blows every other contract free provider out of the water. My friend has metro pcs and he gets dropped calls all the time. It's nice to have both ATT and Verizon towers working for Straight Talk's network that's why I always have full bars. Haven't heard too much about Simple Mobile but 60 bucks for an unlimited plan isn't too appealing.
I think that companies should consider producing phones like this for very cheap using parts they're already using for their other high retail phones, making production even cheaper. There is definately a market for them... so why not? :)
Simple cell phones like this are not only aimed to the elderly but also to people who prefer to have cell phones with simple features--the non-tech savvy individuals for instance.
Gosh revising the advancement of technology, that red backlight would make someone go crazy. they should make it so the phone can have screen resolution adjusted and maybe have a slide out keyboard.......
I just couldn't stop laughing after seeing that stupid phone :D I've seen some ads from it but it looks even more ugly now. By the way, does it actually use Symbian 1 from the 1990's WTF? xD
No one here seems to realize that there are some people out there (especially old people) who don't understand mobile phones and need VERY simple phones to use. Of course most people wouldn't buy that phone. But it's not aimed at "most people".
Why would you even review a phone like this. Nobody wants it. This video sucked and why do you make weird facial expressions all the time and smack your lips and say umm every 1 second. AWFUL RUBBISH YELLOW TEETH
I had a 3310 back in 2002, best phone I've ever owned, it was so stable and made to last. But because they're so old, how easy is it to replace the accessories such as the AC Adaptor or the battery if they fail? As you know, rechargeable bhatteries are usually only good for a few years before they need replacing.
