No not really. It depends though on the neighborhood really. Like I used to live in this area called the shores and it can get pretty weird out there to say the least. But overall Ocala is a nice town it's just boring as fuck.

Down town can be rough. I live on Ft King near down town and it can get crazy even in our quiet historic district. The drugs are bad mostly crack or so it seems to a 40 year old white guy who goes to the live shows.
