this is the most disgusting piece of garbage display of tae kwon do I've ever seen this is nothing but a dissapointment to me. I can tell they're nothing but flash because all they're doing is the flashy back flips spinning jump cresents. As for breaking boreds that comes easy even for a white belt. Where i go for martial arts we break bricks. they didn't bow right. They didn't show one pattern nor did they show power or basics. i rate this a 2 at best go to bluecottage tkd its real tkd
