Thats awsome! I saw it for the first time a few weeks ago around 4:30am, and again tonight at 8:52pm over Philly..a 6 min fly by. Nothing like this, it appeared as a white dot, no lights moving across the sky. Times like these I wish I had a better, more advanced telescope.
you can when it is passing at a reasonably high altitude make out a roughly 'H' shape with good binoculars. Other than that the main difference is that it is really bright!
whelp were never gana see this again

Either it or something large passed over Ireland tonight. A very cool sight to witness it speeding across the sky.

i saw the ISS and the discovery tonight passing by. in germany they can be seen until 27 of march twice every night.
althought i only saw it for about an minute, it gave me goosebumps all over and i had an large amount of reverence.
it was just great. keep looking :)

I recently used a hand held scanner to tune into the ISS chatter as it passed over.

nice catch, is it hard to see diffrence between a satelit and ISS when your looking up?

Not any more! The ISS is getting so big now that
you can when it is passing at a reasonably high altitude make out a roughly 'H' shape with good binoculars. Other than that the main difference is that it is really bright!
