Meth, alcohol, heroin, coke, and many different pills all have the ability to mess soemone's life up, but many people can do things in moderation, even addicting drugs like alcohol and cocaine. The only drug that they totally lie about is weed. The other stuff does mess a lot of lives up, yes. On weed you might mess a cake up or eat unmatched amounts of processed foods.

Anything else might have caused slight psychosis so his train of thought might be slightly impaired. Still seems like a straight up baller-- shot caller. It might go away with time, doesn't really matter now with his track record he could land plenty of roles.
