You CAN'T go to satan after you leave the boss room. 17:44 you left 2 hearts in the room - you could have used the blood bank 4 times and maybe get the blood bag or more money. 20:25 - buying the bomb bag made your sister magie glitch and turn into another brother bobby untill you left the shop. D6 is not such a good item - you should have taken the gamekid, can't understand why would you keep it to the end of the game?

Also to note that getting the book of revelations makes it 100% assured to encounter all of them from the point you get it till you end the game

@demoniccurses9 This is not true. I've got around 50 hours in the game and Super Meat Boy is the only achievement\item unlock I'm missing. I even spent a few of those hours restarting trying to get it. I've had book of rev plenty of times without facing them :/.

@lneh actually, if u get the book of rev in the .....caves let's say u won't be able to encounter famine since he only appears in the basement or if u get it as late as the depths...u won't ever meet neither Famine nor pestilence (except for maybe Sheol but u won't get any cube of meat there)

also note that if u have the book of rev it doesn't necesarrily mean you'll encounter, Famine, let's say, right in the Basement 1; if he doesn't appear there he WILL appear though in Basement 2

@demoniccurses9 I've definitely had the book of revelations early, so no, it's not 100%. I may be getting very unlucky as a statistical outlier, or it may be a bug, but it's still not 100%.

So! I just had the best run ever. My first item room was the Fetus in a Jar as Cain. Then I got Bobby-Bomb. So I had homing bombs for the entire game. I got my tenth kill on mom's heart, which was it lives at the time. The sad onion made my bombtears explode fast. I unlocked blue baby, then I got the satan room to go down to sheol. Took down satan x on my very first try and unlocked the bomb bag. I'm a very happy isaac player.

Sup Northern - really liking your very interesting approach these latest episodes - a lot more about the content in question rather then going for just the victory - Also - The Parasite - The items that account towards this is Max's Head (The puppy head) - Tammy's Head (Cat Head) - Bob's Rotten Head (Bomb Head) and the 9 lives as it accounts for being a dead cat head that follows you around. Hope this helps you out - and i hope to see more episodes coming soon!

Also try to "touch" or grab tammy's head and such at least once because for example if you got tammy's head in womb, then grabbed the d6 again, rerolled and you could've gotten another "dead item" which would've activated the achievement.

For no damage runs you really can only focus on just doing that without any exploring (sometimes ignoring the item room even if you get to the boss immediately) Emperor card is extremely good for that since we can usually kill most bosses without taking damage. Also Dr. Fetus, Unicorn (not in the mom fight though since she one hit kills you if you use that), Gameboy, Book Of Shadows (+ Battery) are also items which if you get them on basement or similar then consider to try for a no damage run.
