Blessed Be is a full sentence. It's a Wiccan phrase that generally means Bless You but is more general to include anything that is concerned. It's a positive statement, it is said as a blessing towards another person. That's the best I can explain it. So pretty much it is Blessed Be Everything. Hope that makes sense.

Blessed Be is a full sentence. It's a Wiccan phrase that generally means Bless You but is more general to include anything that is concerned.
