I ski mountaineering for marathon training. Running by itself is somewhat boring. I prefer to be dodging glacier icefall and rockfall and getting my heart rate up by moving quickly on such climbing routes and going anaerobic when I downhill ski!
@aussiepride1488 I run most days of the week and do a lot of core exercises, lower body weights workouts and the odd arm workouts, but not because I need to look good or feel attractive. Just like this women, who does actually run marathons in a very impressive time, I do it because I love running and I love being exceptional at it. Don't assume everyone is as vain as you are.

I had one leg injury falling off of the back of a pallet truck unloading it, when I was 28 turning 29 and it still hasn't heeled better so next year I'm going to go have a small knee surgury for my catilliage, I used to endurence jog heavy but not like expert fast anyway and I thought after a few years it would heel itself and it didn't, ohwell. Nice video!
@natesbier Your right there , many people forget that the main muscles of the legs have there inserstions in the lower back. Abdominal strength and core stabilaty training is so important

Working your core muscles will help you go further and longer. Running is more than just running, you have to cross train.
