If you look at good Fa Jing they won't shake their head. If the repercution goes into your head it'S not very good fro your health in the long term.

In a general sense this is true, however the proper interpretation of such a 'rule' is always dependent on both the level of experience of the observer, as well as the actual amount of power and speed being generated...

...If one is able to generate the amount of power and speed that Chenyu shows here, it is certain that every part of the body will move/shake at least a bit. The important point is not whether the head moves at all, but whether it receives a strong shock or a relaxed undulation. No 'rule' in Taijiquan is absolute without proper experience based interpretation.

Along with Chen Xiao Wang, Chen Yu is, IMO, right up there with his cousin, CXW. Some of the best no nonsense fa jin demonstrated! Here you don't see any excessive false shaking strength that some usually do when exhibiting Chen TJQ power. Thanks for posting this!!!
