Im from Croatia, our general was just sentenced based on command responsibility for something that happened when he was not even there. Our was was a very bloody one with many many war crimes happened. Europe sentenced us but europe did not take any responsibility for allowing the entire Balkan conflict happen in the first place. They stood and watched while bloodshed happened.
I say never let that happen again, if you have power you have responsibility to do something. If no US at least NATO
