Brothers In Arms was released in 1985, it looks like this was from 1984, anyone know who ripped of whom ?

Try playing both songs on guitar and you will see they may somewhat sound alike, but are actually both very unique and different. Just like the backgrounds of Mark Knopfler and TC White are very different. Nobody ripped off anyone here.
