I learned this exact same song (I think in 5th grade as well), and I still recite it from time to time. Although it now falls apart at the end :).

I learned this song right when Bill Clinton was taking office so my teacher added him in, when George W was elected I was able to add him in pretty fluidly, although after Obama got elected it started to fall appart.
