    If this is in the Playas Palmeras development forget it. They have been trying to get this off the ground for 6 years or more. Mismanagement, false promises, charges for non-existant services. Houses burglarized repeatedly. It has never been a turn key vacation home. Always a problem or being held hostage by the developer for basic utilities. DO NOT BUY FROM PETER SCOTT OR ALAN FERGUSON.
