But, don't get it twisted b/c, @ a moment's notice, Dorinda will take that same hoarse voice & turn a church, concert hall, and any place on earth OUT!!!!!!!!!!!! I love her vocals b/c they're imperfect & real. She screams, scats, runs, riffs & preaches you from hell back to earth & gives you the desire to keep striving for heaven! Her personality is uplifting also. Her family is so blessed to have her in their lives!

I hear that. That's what's wrong with the church now. How is the church supposed to reach sinners unless they testify about God's grace away from the four walls?? That's why we have to constantly rebuke the religious spirit off of our churches.

I think that's a very general statment to make concerning COGIC. I can speak from experience b/c my father's church was nondenominational, and my mother was COGIC. One thing I ALWAYS apreciate about the COGIC is that the message has ALWAYS been Holiness or hell, b/c the bible says 'without which no man shall god'. And it also talks about the spirit of god and the spirit of the antichrist. You discern the spirit of god by whether it proclaims, uplifts and edifies Jesus Christ, period!
The only thing that will remain in the end is Gods' word. The only one that can save souls is Jesus the Christ. Relationship and living a lifestyle of holiness is serious. As long as GOD is pleased with the Clark sisters, nothing else matters. Oh one more thing, not to start anything with you bunny, but God shall always be with a capital G, but he is GOD!

There are too many people who search for videos like this where a COGIC person will make a general comment about the COGIC standard of holiness, and the non-COGIC will rush to judgement. Church is failing because younger folks are not as willing to accept the blatant hypocrisy. People preaching one thing on Sunday and living another way on Monday. I am so priviledged to be able to have a relationship with God that has nothing to do with "Church Folks" running off at the mouth.

The "youner generation" includes myself and I conduct myself very well in church. If a child is being corrupt in church it is a reflection of what has been unstilled in them at home. Trust, COGIC does not tolerate "any old kind of way" preaching or singing. Do it for the edification of Christ or sit down.

The Reason why the Church is Failing is because Postmodernism and Relativism has slipped in. There is no more absolute truth preached, rather comfortable concepts and a message of tolerance and compromise has been replaced with Truth and Conviction.
The song you brought the sunshine is a great message and now the COGIC is still not connected with the spirit of GOD. I know that the COGIC focus more on organization.
Thank God that the Clark Sisters had a mother who stood with and supported her daughters in spite of the Pharisees and naysayers. Dr. Clark encouraged them to be in the world, but not of it. What a blessing!
