The difficulty indicator at 0:20 are sticking out before they are supposed to move in. I fixed that on mine months ago. This might be the first HD ITG3 vid, but not the first widescreen one.

It comes with OpenITG. The noteskin is Cel. I don't know where to get the noteskins separately for 3.95 as of now...
