The thing is, this is from the indian side, so that does give it some credibility. On top of that, Pakistan still controls point 5353 because of the war, which is the highest point on the INDIA side of the border.

It's also funny how you say that India had the advantage, forgetting the fact that Pakistan only withdrew because of international pressure, even though they effectively controlled the area, with minimal Indian resistance.

In 1982 indians sneaked into siachin (NW of kargil). The world kept blatantly silent but in when in may1999 when Pakistan forces moved into kargil exactly like the indians had done in siachin there was an uproar. indians threw in 4 divisions of their elite troops with full air suppoprt but could not dislodge Pakistanis.
