Perpetual motion is easy. Take any old object into outer space away from gravitational influence and preferably an area with extremely low particle density and set it into motion. @gildorserg Won't work the magnets at the end of the spiral are whats stopping the rotation using stronger magnets would increase the force moving the disk as well as the force stopping it.
if you had 2 of them side by side and they were out of phase by 180 degesase, when one would stop the other with tap it on. or use two magnets eg N and N and as they would come around it would repell the next one to move

It's actually locking on it's own, this is the problem with all magnet configurations, what he needs is to place magnet shielding material in the places where the magnets are grabbing & this is known to create an easier flow then this will go endlessly.
