@MargeSimpson20 there aren't. Rabat on Gozo it's name is Victoria now. but the local people still call it Rabat that was the old name of the city before the english people changed it. but officially there is only 1 city called Rabat now.
@MargeSimpson20 because one is located in Malta, the other in Gozo. Incase you don't know, the relatioship between Malta and Gozo is very simular to England and Scotland; they both combine to make one country. Hope that helps.
