@heyyferr Not sure. Over here (in the States) jelly is smooth, it does not contain seeds or chunks of fruit where as jam does. We use both as they are two different products.
@heyyferr jam and jelly are separate food products, long story short Jelly is pretty much jam but without the fruit chunks. It's pretty much just well...jelly lol. Jam looks like and pretty much is smushed up fruits so you get chunks and fruit pieces in there. I heard somewhere that jelly contains more sugar? Im not sure how true that is, not gonna look it up for a youtube post.
i remember going to the 50's prime time cafe. it's my favorite resturaunt in old M-G-M studios. i had a thick vanilla milkshake, followed by a chicken pot pie. remember people, that is not a good order 2 follow. i got sick to my stomach doing that, even though it wasn't the resturaunts fault.
Disney is THE MOST accommodating place to go. If you have an allergy, they will make Every attempt to be certain you aren't exposed to what you are allergic to. How do I know? Experience. A friend of mine has a child who can't have gluten. We spoke w/ the cashier at a D-Land resort restaurant, who sent the Head Chef to us & he spoke w/ her mother, with me listening, about how to prepare a meal the child could eat.
Disney: Thank you for being THE BEST, no matter what they all say!
Yes, they would. Just ask the cashier at any Disney resort restaurant if you may to speak w/ the chef. They will send the chef out to speak w/ you regarding your particular nutritional needs. If you need your food prepared in a special way, if you need to be sure anything in particular doesn't get into your food, let him/her know and s/he will prepare it for you.
That's what they did for my friend's child. They brought out a plate w/ food that had no contact with any gluten during preparation.
There wasn't any extra cost, though they did charge for the adult sized plate, not a child meal. But that's because it was, in fact, an adult sized plate, with adult-size servings.
Oh and if whoever posted this concern about their peanut allergy is serious, Disney is very careful around allergies, one of the first things they will ask you at any sit down restaurant is what food allergies you have.
it's peanut butter jelly time! that looks so delicious! so it's a Disney original? you have got to put something that mouth-watering and original in a California park! unless there is already something like that, and I just don't eat a lot at Disney
Looks delicious. Reminds me of what I made when I was younger -- pb&j sandwich, a couple of chocolate chip cookies, and a glass of milk. I'd put it all together, stir with a spoon, and start eating with the spoon; once it got low enough in the glass, I'd down the rest of it.
on the menus where is the pb&jmilkshake located (meaning what section?)

I'm not implying that the rest of the world can't have nuts; I'm just saying that sometimes those w/ allergies get the shorter end of the stick.
