What's the origin of this joke?

I don't know the origin of the joke itself, but I was secretly videoing it at a job I was working on in East New York.

The guy had told us the joke the day before, and we found his manner to be so hilarious I convinced him that he hadn't told one of my colleagues the joke, so he did it again whilst I secretly filmed it... hence the abysmal quality!
