@EJL224 ok ill admit that the logic for the first movie had... flaws, but goku DID kill him as super saiyan, actually its more like with the power of 4 and well call picolo like 3/5ths of a super saiyan, an ssj2 is twice a super saiyan, and ssj3 is well over twice that again, so its reasonable to assume that they could have beaten him, rape might be over doing it, sorry it took so long to reply, id like a reply back in case i am missing something...
