The fact that psychics are turning a profit should say something about the people who believe them. They have found a lucrative market to exploit without consequences. On the other hand the power of belief can be a powerful force in some and if psychics, priests and ghost hunters help fuel a positive belief system then good for you. It's just sad when logic get thrown out the door in the hour of desperation.

I'm not talking about the couple thousand people who keep psychic frauds in business. I believe that there are many things about the world we can't explain, and I fully support using scientific methods to investigate these phenomenons (i.e. Ghost Hunter-style). @Bonegirl06 Psychics are such an obvious sham that it amazes me they can have such a death grip over mainstream TV networks and people like Montel Williams. I stopped watching his show when Sylvia started soiling his stage. Sylvia's own exhusband claims she is a conartist. She has been busted on several occasions, but unfortunately as with all wealthy conartists, her money was able to limit the damage and help her save face with the gullables.
