@mercyspain That hand thing she does is spart of every performance of this song. She touches the front of the piano, then her shoulder, and then she does a salute gesture. I think it's just some strange personal tick that has over the years become a ritual, possibly partly to help her keep time.

I like the way she grooves with the drummer.
