I never actually thought, that that is nasty or disgusting in any way. My whole house is infested with rats and insects, I need to weak a protective suit (the one I use was designed for honeyfarmers; against bees) and boots for rats.

Often I see a dead rat with maggots and other insects eating its corpse away. I think, that its kind of beautiful in a way - I've documented some of these and made timelapse-videos.
