  • @Jonesy1095 Sometimes, but I find for me a healthy combination of calisthenics and heavy weight lifting fills my "gym bucket" As I move forward with more obstacles courses and triathlons in my future. It will be a combination of both that will help me succeed :)

  • @ScottHermanFitness i have actually been doing weighted leg raises... i have been doing your vcut workout one plus the ab roller wheel thing and i last about 2-3days sore from my abs ... is that over training or something?? but i only work em out once a week.. is that to little?? i am 16 5'6 130lbs been workinn out since i was about 13 i have a 6 pack but you can see the top 4 more than the 2 bottom... thanks man

  • @callofdutyrokas you cant target an area for fat loss specifically. weight training, proper diet and some high intensity interval cardio, like sprints.
