I'm a 45 years old Egyptian man .. Just want to let everybody know that .. This man was among " few " other reasons I loved " still love " music .. I came across his album in a shop in Cairo more than 25 years ago .. I tell you what .. this morning when I found him in YouTube .. I felt as if I met an old old old freind who was away for long time .. I am really short of words when I try to describe how I love the guys music, performance, everything .. We are lucky to have this guy. Cheers 2 all

For middle aged people in Benghazi, Ahmad Fakron, is a part of reminiscence, he is a part of our colored days in Benghazi. I wish to see him, and I am asking him to sing "Ta7an Nogoom Eleel" again in Benghaz. Just then, I and others would believe that "Libya of tomorrow" has born again from the marvelous "Libya of yesterday".

Thank you for your kind comment, but I think fakroun is for all kind of people such as Libyans, Arabs and the rest of world. He is part of our lives. He lives in Tripoli at moment and I consider myself lucky to see him and have a long chat with him, the good news that he is still recording and hopefully we will see his new works.
