After a long and strange story started in Mexico, I landed in San Francisco in 1989 and lived on Franklin street for a year. I met Nasser and Renata who taught me how to restore hardwood floors, I used the roof of the building as a studio to paint and I wandered alone on the beaches by the bay or by the ocean.
