So yes, Kat is bisexual, so she might possibly have feelings for Lily. As for lily, she said she chooses not define her sexuality yet since they're still young.

I see what you mention, but interpret it very differently: Lily loves to interact with Kat all the time. Each of Lily's statements ends with a look to Kat just to continue that "dialogue". Also, at Kat's "younger adults" bit, Lily keeps nodding while throwing sort glances to Kat wanting to reinforce her. Kat seems comfortable with that. Plus, in other interviews Lily always tries to make Kat shine asking her questions or throwing gentle jokes. I really think their dynamic is that, and is cool.
