I don't like nasal voices. I prefer the extinct The Choir Boys, far way better TO ME. Of course to Declan's fans, this may sound as a crime, but I think I still have the rights to have my own taste on music - you believing it or not.

Actually; his voice does not hold to the attribute of a "nasal" quasi instrument. He has a bit of a coloratura aspect allowing vibrato of his higher tessatura; especially when an elision or static motion occurs between passing tones; pushing through to the next tone causes the pitch to sound cut off and narrow -- what you are calling "nasal" like is actually a fast vibrato. Even the "Boy Soprano" (Which is what The Choir Boys are) uses the elision between passing tones... euphonic or not.
