  • Love this recipe! Just a question, when you use the rice/millet combo how much of each do you use? Equal parts?? Thanks!

  • thanks for ur reply. I want to know that I use same better for pizza curst or add some thing.

  • You are great!! Thanks so much. xoxo

  • Hi Lisa- can I use rice flour substitute of chickpea flour.same amount or more or less plz tell me

    thanks

  • @9999teen

Yes, you can use rice flour in place of the garfava flour! That will be no problem. You will get a slightly different taste and texture, but it will work fine. We have done that as well. Good luck. Keep me posted on how I can serve you. Love, Lisa

  • Hi Lisa- I am extremely thrilled with this video and can;t wait to make these goodies for my two year ols who is severely allergic to Top 8 and more. One question- Can I subsitute the garbanzo flour for Sorghum flour since my kid is allergic to chikpea as well.?

  • Hi! Yes, you can substitute sorghum flour in place of the chickpea flour. It will change the texture a bit, but you can use a number of flours in place of the chickpea. We make the same roll recipe and use a rice/millet combo. It will work, just a different texture (and taste). Let me know if I can help you out further.

  • Hi Judy,

I have looked for them as a result of your question and many others. I am contacting the manufacturer to see if they are still making them and if not, if they will make them again. I'll blog about the hot dog and hamburger pans later once I know more.

    Love,

    Lisa

  • where do you buy the hot-dog and hamburger bun pans?

    Judy

  • This was my error! The oven temperature is 350 degrees. I do recommend using an oven thermometer that you can get at any discount store, kitchen store, etc. because these kinds of baked goods are more sensitive to oven variations. In my experience most ovens are off by at least 25+ degrees. Good luck!

    Lisa

  • is it me or did you say how hot the oven should be? maybe i missed that part

  • this is so awesome, you are very clever! I never thought to make all those things because GF bread is so runny. Thnx :)

  • Thank you for your kind words. I'm trying to think of things that will help people be successful that are free and available. Best to you in your baking!

    Love,

    Lisa Lundy
