Torque is only useful from low revs. For example VTEC engines spin very fast and make lots of hp but not much torque.
This doesnt make them slow necessarily, it just means if you catch them at 1-4000rpm you will probably beat them. Especially in a car with a lot of CCs.
No it doesn't. Learn about power curves. Cars are rated by max power, but that doesn't mean that they provide that power through the entire gear - a torquey engine rated at 250hp will beat a really peaky engine rated at 300hp any day.
Plus hp != bhp and there isn't much of a standard to rate power for cars anyway.
Also, a 4wd car will always beat a 2wd car out of the blocks because it can deliver more force to the road before burning rubber.

R32, R33, and R34 are just chasis codes. GTR establishes that it has AWD with the attesa AWD system. GTRs were available from R32 to R34. The skyline in that video was an R33.

Im not sure thats exactly right...
Torque is only useful from low revs. For example VTEC engines spin very fast and make lots of hp but not much torque.
This doesnt make them slow necessarily, it just means if you catch them at 1-4000rpm you will probably beat them. Especially in a car with a lot of CCs.

No it doesn't. Learn about power curves. Cars are rated by max power, but that doesn't mean that they provide that power through the entire gear - a torquey engine rated at 250hp will beat a really peaky engine rated at 300hp any day.
Plus hp != bhp and there isn't much of a standard to rate power for cars anyway.
Also, a 4wd car will always beat a 2wd car out of the blocks because it can deliver more force to the road before burning rubber.

try R33. all BNR-class GT-Rs are RWD but electronically AWD. that includes R32s,R33s,R34s.

R32, R33, and R34 are just chasis codes. GTR establishes that it has AWD with the attesa AWD system. GTRs were available from R32 to R34. The skyline in that video was an R33.
