Those Mighty Darknuts are rough, but not so tough if you burn their capes! Then they'll be like ordinary Darknuts! Lowers difficulty by a small margin, though...

Darknuts are so funny to slash. If you want a real darknut fight, go to the island where Link is at the beginning of the game and go to the last stage. Four purple darknuts are waiting to be exploded. I also love to make them be killed by Molblins.

@metroidexkiller The Darknuts, when they don't have their armour, are vulnerable to the attacks of the other monsters. The Molblins have a very long weapon and when they attack, Link can flee, but not the Darknuts. So they are hit by the Molblins.

I killed one of those darknuts withouts taking his armor off, its pretty simple, just attack their head. And its an advantage as they dont gain speed :D

Those are called Mighty Darknuts. They are Ganon's royal guards and also the most powerful standard enemies in the game.

accually darknuts are quite easy to deal with in Tp as they lose health quickly from bomb arrows but the temple of time's darknut is extremly easy to kill

@BCrockdahouse Well the tunic I have here is the one you have during your second adventure (actually you are given an "invisible" tunic by your grandma). As for the mask, it allows me to see the life meter of every enemy. You can get it by giving 40 Happiness Pendants to the teacher on Windmill Island.

Personally, I thought the ones in this game were more lethal than in TP, considering one Darnut by itself is always freaking weak, but in this game, they always come in groups.

50th floor of the Savage Labyrinth for example. Fighting 4 of them at the same time with area restrictions is torture.
