The Skytower is 328 meters tall, he descends this height in about 7 seconds, Which is about 280 km/h. That is faster than a typical sky divers terminal velocity of around 195 km/h.

Apart from that and the fact that no simple compact jetpack technology like this exists, I would suggest this is fake.

I think the actual jetpack and this guy does exist, it was faked that he 'coned' the Sky Tower as a viral promotion. If you search 'V jetpack man' there are other video's of him doing more simple flights at music festivals etc that look pretty realistic.

The jetpack is real and the two dots on the roof are guys filming, the link is jetpack man on some channel. They did not cone the roof as the fuel (gas) runs out after about 60 seconds of flight and it could not get to that height or cover that distance as quickly. This is based on a jetpack design from another company.

Nah! i think special effects. these things have a flight endurance of 30 seonds which is probably the time it would take to fly to the top of the sky tower, and without fuel endurance to bring the guy back down safely. Plus the rocket man would get RF burns from the high power radio transmitters on the mast.

Tea it is a fake, because of a few things, the bell rocket pack cant go up 328M it can only hit at the most 50m. It cant do the 480m trip to the top in 10 seconds because if it was it would have been doing 48m/s (172.8 km/h) again the max speed is 100Km/h. Even if it could make the trip at max speed it would take 20 seconds to get there and 20 to get back. Also another problem it has about 30 seconds of hydrogen peroxide not enough to make the 50 second trip. The rocket bell does fly.
