  • Gotta love the authentic-sounding background music!

  • Omg...WONDERMAN..He is...WONDERMAN..i am the..WONDERMAN...i still am the...SHUT UP!

  • Wonderman!

  • LOL!!

  • James, can you help us get a vid of "Underage Bichon"? I don't understand why this isn't on YouTube.

  • Wonderman, a REAL superhero! Thank you James Dean for making such a great role model

to live up to! The world is a funnier place, thanks to.......Wonderman!

  • I make it a point to shout WONDERMAN at least 30times a day

  • Hahaha. He just throws him into space.

  • ROFL

  • oh something about me isn't bothered by that . wink .lol

  • JAJAJJAJAJAJAJJA muy bueno

  • Really nice work--very reminiscent of the Fleischer Brothers' Superman cartoons.

  • ya it is the boy freind clince is rich!

    oh?where does he lives? LOL

  • wat?

  • Resort to.....? What does stupid have to do with crude humor? Children, the prude and Christians are offended- so what! If you pander to the want's and needs of these needy people for all media- you have a wasted planet. Perhaps you should pray on this for awhile.

  • Idiocracy's main theme wasn't about that, dumbshit. Yeah, thanks for waking me up from the overused sex that sheeple think funny, durr hurr! Like anything else is effective.

  • If I may speak for the rest of us here. Shut the fuck up and stop trying to change the fucking world through the Internet you self-righteous, self-important dope.

  • yet u couldnt help urself to respond

keep it short and sweet baby haha i win

  • Thank you Dogeymon83 for teaching us the errors in our ways while watching a funny cartoon on YouTube. Just because you don't get the joke doesn't mean you need to rail against it. Way to relate to "Idiocracy." That was Grade A humor. Btthhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

  • shut up.

  • Alrighty Then!

  • "I wonder why you're telling me this?" LOL

  • Wonderman is the best. Second only to Lingerman.Wonderman is what every real male superhero would be.

  • so true...so true...

  • that wasnt funny

  • Saturday TV Funhouse just came out on DVD! I watched all 8 episodes in one sitting.

  • He should be called Humperman XD!!!

  • Right next to Jokamel, Wonderman rocks!! I love what sicko pervert he is!

  • Can anyone find the second episode of this? the dry cleaning one?

  • I love Wonderman.

  • Good job - you really got the style right. Good comps, good timing, great use of limited animation.

  • Hilarious. I loooooved TV Funhouse. Great show which got cancelled way too soon. Typical, I guess.

  • please upload osama and saddam

  • Im a HUGE fan of all things tv funhouse and Wonderman is one of my absolute faves, I love the old Fleischer look and weird music. Love it

  • How hard was it to animate in the old cartoon style? I know much like the old superman cartoon, it was done on 35MM film, which was the old the standard for film and animation. How hard is it to animate like that? I know it's no easy task, like the pilot for Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law with Johnny Quest. It was done to the T in the animation style. Not easy.

  • Funny, but there was already a superhero named 'Wonder Man'.

  • Man, talk about your dream job! Hysterical. Did you do the "The Narrator Who Cancelled Christmas?"

  • you are awesome for this!

  • Its great, i would like to play this character on TV with Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman!! lol thanks for sharing

  • I saw this on TV Funhouse on Comdey Central....I still have the episode taped

  • Awesome

  • LOL, wonderman is a pimp.

  • Nice job, man. I love the old-style drawing. I have to assume that it's not voice-dubbed old cartoons, since they old cartoons wouldn't have had them fuckin'. So I really like it all the more since you had to draw in the old style! I love it when animators emulate the old-time cartoons.

  • It's SNL...

  • I saw this in SNL. some parts are missing though

  • Did you do all the animation on this? If so, how long did it take?

  • does this come in homo version?

  • Check out Ace and Gary the ambiguously gay duo. ;)

  • thats awesome you actually animated this (by yourself?), i always wanted to know what animators thought of the stuff they actually do, although i probably wouldn't be able to understand 89% of them, since most animation is outsourced to South Korea since wages are cheaper.

but still, awesome to say the least.

  • God, I hate that word..."prowess" But i did enjoy the cartoon.

  • the look is totally based on the orignal fleischer studios superman.

  • creepy.

  • haha yeah thats what id do

  • Kinda boring, but well animated.

  • Good sh*t Maynard!

  • haha if i was a hero i would do that with girls all the time haha ^-^ its funny i love this evan know it looks gay its not. Haha its so funny

  • who wrote the dialog? it is so well composed. can you post the other "wonderman"?

  • robert smigel wrote and created the whole bit - i only worked on the 1st one; not sure who did the 2nd one? i'll look around...

  • dude - you rule. this is one of my favorites of all time.

  • Cool, Wonderman is about my favorite of all the TV Funhouse--you know Smigel was thinking, "Now what would I do if I were Superman??? Wouldn't be ALL about saving the world." I think all us guys had that twisted view of having super powers in Junior High. And now that I think of it, maybe that's why Stan Lee made it The Invisible GIRL. (P.S. I fell in love with the Fleischer Superman cartoons 8 years ago from a bootleg tape, so I especially appreciate what you were doing with the animation).

  • whatever...if ya made it, good job, if yer lying..who cares...its funny none the less...Oh, and while im at it, id like to thank Al Gore because without him inventing the internet, we wouldn't be able to view this on YouTube.

  • LOL - cheers - jdc

  • how is it yo umade this, yet RObert Smigel is credited with it on SNL?

  • r smigel contracts animators to make stuff - he uses a team named wachtenheim/marinetti; when this came up, they were swamped, getting 'tv funhouse' together; they subcontracted the episode to 'the ink tank' were i was working; they put the project on me and let me direct it; this may have run on SNL but was on 1st episode of smigel's TV Funhouse, which ran on comedy central in 2000/2001 - jdc

  • "just making conversation" lol

  • haha awesome

  • Hmm!

  • I love the way his costume is in orange & green---kind of a nod to the 2-strip Technicolor used in early 1930s cartoons.

  • lmaooo i love it
