  • Damn right Taiwa is the most creative especially in making that piano speak african,

  • Lasego u did it again, i was sad to see what has happened to jazz festivals in RSA post 2003, its no long jazz anymore there is only four to five real jazz musicians the rest a mix of afro pop, traditional and at times kwaito. Do u remember late 90's the shows sabc 2 used to televise

  • Well for me all three are the best and by the way as Manvince said it boils down to personal tastes

  • its so unfortunate local music doesnt get the international exposure it deserves

  • To Me both are amazing/great pianists but Molelekwa is the most African sounding to me. He makes the piano speak African. But like I said, both are really great and quite different so it's not fair to compare them. U can't go wrong with either and in the end it boils down to personal musical tastes and preferences

  • couldnt have said it better Mavince...

  • thanks LASEGO, for ur remark and for the great job u do promoting African music. Keep it up!!

  • for me bheki is the da best!!!!!!!!!

  • thanks for posting! we have such awesome talent in SA with our jazz musicians....

  • All fantastic in their own right, but my vote still goes to Taiwa, not a sympathy vote by any stretch of the imagination.

  • Absolutely! Taiwa is definitely cream of the crop! Couldnt find enough space for Abdullah and Don Laka Unfortunately.
