@PrinceIMC If everyone in the city was put to sleep, then those over it or outside of it might have been out of the range. This would especially be the case based on Oberon's magic ability, which tends to flow through the land, kind of a contact scenario. Anything not touching the ground at the moment of the spell is immune.

@canpan87 Maybe it has to be pure iron whereas most swords are tempered to become steel. Altering the iron with carbon and other contaminants may reduce its effect to negligible levels. The robot gargoyles were darker insinuating they were part of Owen's plan to defend against Oberon and made entirely out of pure iron. Not exactly aerodynamic but hey, if you're up against the God of Gods, extreme measures must be taken.

I mean, when he gathers all his "children" to him, you can see anubis as one of them, and we had a chance to see anubis's power in a different episode, so I think if someone who can control life and death, answers to Oberon, Oberon should have like unlimited power. So the thought of somebody stopping him seems unrealistic....

I think its because Oberon's power source is Avalon, and the fact that Puck/Owen knows his every weakness, makes it hard for Oberon to unleash in the human world. Its kinda like a battle of science vs magic I guess...I like it!
