K 1. Orochimaru left akatsuki a long time ago, and is dead now lol. 2. Kakuzu, Itachi, sasori and Deidra are dead, and Hidan is somewhere in a ditch full of rocks. Pein is gone, and so is Konan. So theres only 4 members of akatsuki left counting Sasuke. So where the hell does this group of dead people come from? lol.
