There's no good swimming experts in my area and I'm trying to train to pass my PAST test for the Air Force. I've been making a lot of progress from watching your videos. Keep up the high quality content!
@invincibleboriz - Thanks. We do have a "combat side stroke" video in our subscription page which you could sign up for for $9.99 / month. Watch that vid for a month, and then see if you need anything else. There are 1,000 other vids on that site as well. Follow the links to the "com" site and you'll find it.
I don't know what it is but my breathing capacity is regressing, probably because I'm indulging in backstroke more so I'm getting spoiled with the breathing. Any advice on how I can build up lung capacity again? What's the best drill?
thanks this is so helpfull does anyone have good videos on how to get more breath on the dive and tips for a gold championships beacuse i need to get my time under a minute my best time is 1:04.19 for freestyle once again thanks and please reply soon it is in about a week
This question is adressed to any experienced competitive swimmers. I'm an ex-middle distance swimmer looking to move to long distance open water swimming. I've been told that the total immersion is perect for this. However total immersion doesn't bother with e.v.f snce it says most people can'tdo it properly, but i became retively accomplished at. Basically my question is should i keep my old pool middle distance stroke and just build endurance or swith to a specialised open water one? Thanks!
