Thanks for your warning...but this video is so old that all of these guys have passed on...and not from the wheel. :) It was only in there while they were really little and then we graduated them to a giant parrot cage with no wheel.
I reccomend getting a different kind of wheel if you have multiple pets or pets with long tails because I have seen many animals killed or seriously wounded on those kind of wheels. Sometimes they can get stuck between the bar and the spinning wheel and die and sometimes, if there is a sharp section on the wheel they can cut themselves (especially because some rats like to burrow under the wheels, even when it is moving. It is a very cute video but I suggest you be very wary of wheels like that.
@PedroThePie Mesh basically has horizontal and vertical metal bars. Bar wheels only have bars horizontally, so there are no verticle bars to support feets.
OH don't stress yourself over it. That wheel was only in their cage for a few weeks while they were really little. They are HUGE boys now and have a Giant cage with No wheels.
