i came up with a theory that involves the book of genesis (fig leaves) buddha (sitting under the bodhi fig tree) jesus (many sayings about figs) ross horne's book (new health revolution) and science (figs are the most important source of food for fruit eating rainforest animals). i then experimented on the figs by eating aminly dried figs (same brand) for over 6 years now and found cycles which i related to the numbers in psgs 11/12 of the book of revelations. this theory has gone everywhere.

I appreciate Casey's will to stand up for himself, particularly because I found myself in many similar situations in grade school and simply accepted the abuse, because I felt alone. However, slandering the alleged aggressor only perpetuates animosity. And for what it's worth, Richard is almost certainly having a hard time living this ordeal down, and is probably not looked upon kindly by his peers. That alone, is punishment enough.

Is it just me or does Casey's dad look a bit like Techno Viking? Anyway, I tip my hat to Casey. I've been bullied before, too, and while I admit I've never had to throw someone on the ground, I've definitely had to finish fights the other guy started. It's even gone that far with guys I've reported beforehand. The principal may talk to them, but they won't stop. Besides that, the "zero tolerance" policy is total bullshit. @usaknifenut Actually in most states self defense is permitted if someone attacks you. You are allowed to fight back and defend yourself against an imminent threat. Whether the completed assault is dangerous or offensive self defense is legally justified. Normally there is no duty to retreat, if the other person strikes you first you are legally allowed to pursue the adversary and eliminate the threat.As long as as you use no more force than necessary to defend against that danger.
