I played the jury nullification card when called to jury Judy the judge just looked at me along with the prosecutor and had their jaws on the floor I mean how many 23 yo males know about this just Awesome.
The Ecumenical and Interfaith church, Peaceful Assembly Church (860 Main St., Grafton, NH, 03240, 603-523-7111), takes the position that each and every Juror should be Fully Informed of his and her Rights and Responsibilities, at least in part because, it is in keeping with the teachings of both Jesus and the Buddha. Those teachings involve both mercy and compassion.
OJ was guilty, but the judge excluded the blood evidence, it was contaminated. It was later discovered that the blood was contaminated with McDonald’s secret saws. Kato and OJ had lunch at McDonald’s prior to the murder.

Thank you for stepping up and saying this. Just served on a jury 2 mos ago...civil case, tho. But I'd happily serve on a criminal one because I know I can read prosecutors' motives. See the sad case of Ryan Ferguson.
I think using the OJ case as an example is probably a bad idea to get your case across. It makes it sound like you think he should have been just declared not guilty from the start. All the other stuff was good though, and I'm always skeptical of home made videos.
Even more important is educating Americans on the power of the Grand Juries which have been hijacked by the justice department. Grand Juries have the authority to investigate ANY CRIME and look into ANY EVIDENCE, not just the cases fed to them by prosecutors. Grand Juries were intended to be a MAJOR part of the checks and balances of our Republic that have since been watered down by those in power.
@timandpete Spot on. I just read about a grand juror who'd been serving for 27 years...can't remember the details but it was totally totally totally illegal. You can't be a "career" grand juror! We are going to you know where in a handbasket.
