Why call it Thai? This is actually Chinese food. Por Piah (Poh Piah) is the Chinese name for spring rolls. Why is almost every food video on youtube that has Thai in the title aren't actually Thai foods?

It'd be nice if next time the instructor could speak English.
Considering that he's ATTEMPTING to speak English, that isn't a racist comment, its simply realistic. If he wants to each Thai people to make spring rolls, thats fantastic. If, however, he plans on teaching English speakers how to make spring rolls, it'd be nice if he had a better grasp on the language.

The students didn't have a problem. This video was just for a basic understanding and fun. I guess you need to do the course. Making Spring rolls is not rocket science. You can do it by just watching the video without listening to the chef. Chef Chanrat Karatna, nickname Air, is a very caring man to his students and will go out of his way to help them learn. I don't think you are racist because I don't know you.
Most all Thai food are a combination of foods from China, Indonesia or India depending on which area in the Kindgom.
